Smaller wishes I do plan to use but am in no rush to get. Thus might be pickier with what I trade for them. Less likely to trade if I'm low on boxes.
(Mostly for junk swaps or casual trades to help me downsize my 2:1 list . Usually won't trade GBCs, or items marked 99.)
