Hi! Hi! My lists are a mess due to the Size Of The Hoard.
I do like item:item, but I'm open to offers. I'm running low on boxes and such so please don't be afraid to offer. :)
I think of OWLS as a general guideline, but I take ratio into account. Just because OWLs says 2-3 but 300 people have it and 6 people want it, it's worth a lil less. I'd want us both to come away from our trade feeling satisfied and cheerful.

777: kinda HTPW, I want an WL item trade of roughly equal-ish value/ratio. Mid priority or higher are more likely for me to trade for em.
999: HTPW BUT UP FOR TRADE, I want High Priority items of equal-ish value, or an over-offer from high priority and mid priority items. Otherwise, just roughly equal value.

These are little side wishes that don't seem to ever come my way. These are AT LEAST 777 value items.

2. Mid-tier priority "Oooohhh!"
These are innately 777 value items.
I have plans for these for my non-main-gang of neopets. They're not as high of priority, but I do want them! Unlikely to trade closet items for these.
2.1 Capes/Cloaks are rad, okay
These are innately 777 value items. Higher valued capes are likely 999 value items.
Alright, I have this thing where I just really like capes and cloaks on neopets. So I kind of seek them all out. If not listed under high priority, they're here. They're cool and I won't be told otherwise. Unlikely to trade closet items for these.
3. Low priority "huh, neat."
Lower priority. These may qualify for 777 value items with the right offer. Some higher value items MAY qualify for 999. SLIM. CHANCE.
These are items that keep coming up that I sorta like, but I'm not sure what to do with them. I am interested in acquiring them... eventually.
