I do research all userlookups BEFORE neomailing. I mostly am seeking those that say "under one day ago". I look for that so I can be sure I am messaging some one who has logged in recently. Yes I do keep track. The subject I use will also include "1st, 2nd", etc, this indicates how many attempts I have made to reach out to you. I know we all have lives, and sometimes the NM system is buggy, but, it's rude to just not reply. Especially when I wait at least two days before seeking some one else. Please at least reply to let some one know you have received the NM. It costs nothing to be kind or considerate.
