I use /~Waka as a reference with /~Owls for most values and while I do not follow it to a tee, I cannot accept huge underoffers like a 1-2 item for a 4-6 item. I understand Waka is no longer updated but still use it as a guide, Owls has almost no values down so I cannot guarantee I will follow its values without a VC board!!
