Hi I engage with Neopets & NC trading very casually.
I usually check Neo 2x a day. I'm more active in the early morning around 9am EST & late at night after 8pm EST.
I'm not a hardcore trader if you can't tell by my sparse lists so please feel free to shoot your shot - if I got your message I'll always respond! Seriously I never ignore people and I talk too much so if I don't respond then it's Neo, not me.
For valuation I go by what I see others roughly doing with a +/- factor of how much I like the item. Essentially, vibes. If it's visible then it's for trade! All my HTPW/closet items are hidden.
In order of preference:
Bigly wants > Maybe wants > Current/RR caps > Cookies > Neat Stuff > Dyepots > SSS/Tokens > GBC
