My cap values are not set in stone. If you disagree with my values, please don't let them scare you away! It could be that I disagree with ~Owls or I might just be out of the loop! (It's hard to keep on top of everything!)
My cap value ranges are "catchall" categories.
For example, 4-5 caps means they could be worth exactly 4 or exactly 5, or 4-5.
So, it does not mean they are all valued at 4 on the low end and 5 on the high end.
I do sometimes put items in higher categories if I think they are solidly at the higher end of the value range.
For example, I may put a 1-2 item in the 2-3 section if I think it's solidly worth 2.
Some items also just have weird values on ~Owls (like 3-5 or 3-6), so it's hard to know where to put them!

I typically do not offer custom.
I do have both GBCs and BFGBCs to offer!
9 = HTPW
99 = VHTPW
999 = Was UFT, now using again
77 = Side Account
I do not have a huge TL (I took a long break from NC), so I will be picky with my trades.
I'm unlikely to trade VHTPW (99 or 999) items unless you're offering something from my High Priority WL or custom (depending on if I'm currently seeking anything in the mall like DSSS, packs for a current event, etc.).
Feel free to send me your TL and let me know if you can offer a custom, if you're interested in one of my higher value items. It really depends how many DSSS/dye pots/etc. I have stocked up! Mostly interested in Upcycle Cookies at the moment.

A note on my higher valued items
I sometimes put items UFT if I notice their value has gone up and that value is high enough that I wouldn't mind parting with it for that much. Especially if I don't use it enough to care about needing to replace it before it's (inevitably) rereleased. Since I don't have many high value wishes, custom (like DSSSs or tons of Dye Pots) are more likely to tempt me for cases like this! It does depend on how many I currently have stocked up, though!
The Virtupets Space Station Frame is probably going to be rereleased soon is crazy expensive but hey, if you want to send me an offer, feel free!
(There was speculation that it might be put into overstock, but it didn't make it. Of course, that doesn't mean it won't be rereleased elsewhere - you never know with TNT! But I am open to trading it, if anyone is interested.)
