OWLs is a guideline, I stick pretty close to it. For filler/lower priority items I take owned/wishlist ratio into account. HOARD NUMBERS AKA ITEM VALUES (aka attachments to items for no reason) I'm also flexible for the most part also I forget to mark items sometimes.
No number? No problem. GBC/dyepots/item:item of roughly equal value. 777: kinda HTPW. Mid priority or higher are more likely for me to trade for em. 999: HTPW BUT UP FOR TRADE, I want High Priority items of equal-ish value, or an over-offer.
If there are extra numbers behind a triplet of numbers, that means I have that many multiples of them.

Pretty neat, got some ideas nesting and these are the eggs.
2.1 Capes/Cloaks are rad, okay
Alright, I have this thing where I just really like capes and cloaks.. So I kind of seek them all out. If not listed under high priority, they're here. They're cool and I won't be told otherwise. Unlikely to trade closet items for these.
3. Low priority "huh, neat."
I just think they're neat! Dont have a place for these on my NP, but they have a lil place in my heart. Usually good for item:item trades. Sometimes I forget to move stuff around. Show me ur trades.
